Home and Living Accomodation
There may come a time when a person living with cognitive impairment requires more than what can be safely provided at home. Our Home and Living accommodation offers a warm, supported environment tailored to their needs, interests, and stage of the condition

A Gentle Transition into Long-Term Living
- Life Homes
Life Homes services include daily activities, meal preparation, personal care, cleaning, community participation, gardening, exercise and art programs.
- Capacity Building
Activities such as cooking, gardening and other domestic tasks are supported to expand the residents’ capacity to live an independent life.
- Holistic Approach
We collaborate with allied health, community, formal and informal supports to provide a holistic approach to each individual resident.
