Aged care -
Support at Home Program

Personalised Aged Care Services

The Co-operative Life is proud to offer high-quality, compassionate support through the Support at Home Program, part of Australia’s reformed aged care system commencing 1 July 2025.
We understand that most older Australians prefer to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Our team is here to make that happen—safely, respectfully, and with tailored support that evolves as your needs change.

What is support at home?

Support at Home is the new program replacing Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care. It provides flexible and individualised aged care services to help you maintain your independence and wellbeing at home.
As a registered provider under the new program, The Co-operative Life offers services aligned with the latest government standards, with a strong focus on choice, control, and person-centred care.

Eligibility and Referrals

You may be eligible for Support at Home if you are:

  • An older person (generally 65+ or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people)
  • Living at home and needing help with daily tasks

Referrals come through the My Aged Care system. We can help guide you through the assessment process if needed.
